Who we are
Solleón Energy Partners is an independent energy consultancy and brokerage. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and how you can control it. If you have questions, write to privacy@solleonenergy.com.
Information we collect
When you contact us through the form, we collect what you provide: your name, organisation, email, phone, sector, and your message. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to manage the relationship.
When you browse the site, we and our providers may collect usage information automatically: pages viewed, the site or campaign that referred you, approximate location, device and browser type, and similar technical data. This happens through the cookies and tags described below, and only the strictly necessary ones run before you choose.
Cookies and tracking
We group cookies and similar technologies into four kinds. Only the first runs without your consent. The rest load only after you accept, and you can change your mind at any time.
Strictly necessary
One small cookie remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every visit. It does not track you.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it: which pages are read, where visitors arrive from, and how they move through the site.
Advertising
We use Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our campaigns and to show relevant messages to business audiences on Google and Meta platforms. These set cookies and may share limited event data with those providers.
Visitor identification
We use RB2B, a business identification service, which may identify the company or organisation associated with a visit, and in some cases a relevant business contact, so that a partner can follow up with the right firms. It is used for business outreach, not to build profiles of individuals for sale. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You control the non-essential cookies above. To change your choice at any time, open . You can also clear or block cookies in your browser, use the Google Analytics opt-out, manage ad preferences with Google and Meta, and contact us to opt out of business identification.
How information is shared
We share data with the service providers that run the tools above (Google, Meta, and RB2B) strictly to provide those services, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Residents of the EEA and the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR, and California residents have rights under the CCPA and CPRA. To exercise any of these, write to privacy@solleonenergy.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as the law requires, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
